Processing Time

At Iskashop, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed efficiently. Our standard processing time is 1-3 business days. Please note that this does not include weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Times

• United Kingdom: Orders typically take between 8-13 business days to be delivered.
• Ireland: Orders generally take between 9-18 business days to be delivered.
• The Rest Of The World: 14-28 business days to be delivered. 

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping to countries outside the UK and Ireland. Delivery times and shipping costs for international orders may vary depending on the destination. Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery online.

Shipping Costs

For United Kingdom and Ireland Destinations, we offer free-shipping. For the other countries, Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the weight of the order. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
